So I'll keep it brief but this is a landscape I finished last week for a commission (36" x 48" acrylic on canvas). I don't really gravitate toward landscape but it was a nice change and the image meant a lot to him. The customer, a close family friend, incidentally was the photo-documenter of the late Jack Chambers. Find a couple of details below.
I'd love to just fill a whole canvas up with those rocks. But I'd also hate it.
